Lokos Tacos runs street tacos across asada, pastor, birria, grilled chicken, chicken tinga, chorizo, lengua, campechano and carnitas, and the tortillas are what make them. The birria comes with a consommé worth ordering for its own sake, and every table gets a free cup of noodle soup. Margarita towers and ice-cold beer buckets make it a room for a group.
